Leopoldo Montemayor , the managing partner of Alerex S.C. (Formerly CERTIX, founded in 2002). Worked as an Audit Manager at Arthur Andersen until 2002, previously worked as a Consolidation Manager at La Moderna cigarette case.

More than 25 years of work experience within the field of external audit and financial statements. Has directed more than 120 projects in the areas of financial statement auditing, external, tax audit, opinion of IMSS and Infonavit.

On companies related to the manufacturing industry, retail, metallurgical, beverages, construction and services. Has achieved to work with numerous national companies and international. Including Cerrey, Epicor Software Mexico, Femsa Empaques, Grupo Tampico, Diestel, Grupo Dicex, Grupo Sun Mall, Sanilock, Bettcher Manufacturing, El Horizonte, TV Azteca Noreste, Grupo Avalanz, Casa Madero and Arena Monterrey, among others.
