About Eduardo Fausti

Eduardo Fausti, joins as partner of HLB ALEREX S.C. in September 2021. Previously he was Director of Finance at Telefónica Movistar México, CFO at Telefónica Centro América and Audit Manager at Arthur Andersen. Public Accountant at the Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León. 

Finance Executive with 32 years of experience in the areas of external auditing, business consulting, strategic planning, financial plan models, management control, budgets, treasury, derivative financial instrument strategies, financing, accounting, tax, income assurance and shopping area.

As an external auditor, Eduardo Fausti was in charge of the audits of FEMSA Cerveza, Embotelladoras de Grupo Tampico, Banregio, Minera Carbonifera Río Escondido, HEB, Hoteles Fiesta INN, among others. Also, he participated in due diligence projects and special internal control reviews.

Within Arthur Andersen also had the responsibilities of training and course delivery coordinator, recruitment and selection of personnel for 4 years. Extensive experience in comprehensively developing and preparing financial planning models and serving as a project manager of operational plans to comply with the annual budget and long-term strategic plan, as well as a member of Steering Committees and participation in Boards of Directors.
